I just had Air-Flo/Erwood Heating & AC come in for a 2nd opinion regarding my A/C
problem. Yesterday, the original installer of my unit (Air Rescue) came in response
to my emergency call. My AC had froze up into a block of ice. The repairman
suspected a leak and proceeded to quote me $788 additional dollars to diagnose
the problem. I paid for his visit and the freon he added and sent him away.
I was referred to Air-Flo/Erwood by a friend from my church. Tony came out the
following morning and spent two hours on my unit, found the leak, repaired the
leak and charged me $105. I was amazed and thankful. It was such a God send!
Tony told me the policy of their company was to be fair, honest and ethical. Air-
Flo/ Erwood has found a new customer in me and I will recommend them to
everyone I can. God bless this company!
